Felt like there no help – Dawn of Titans: War Strategy Review

It been more than couple time, trying to contact someone on issue that I have, every time I trying to reach someone it tells me that I have a issue with my wifi. How can that be when I'm playing? Can someone contact me, been trying for awhile ... your support center should care more about customer issues
