Won’t connect through to competition – SmartGYM - For SmartRope Review

The app has been working well bedside it will not let me connect to my friends so I can compete with them in competition, all it says is select privacy settings and connect with data on Facebook friends. Well I have done that and it won’t work. I have a iPhone and that might be why but would love some feed back.
