Great game, really bad customer support – Last Shelter: Survival Review

I have been playing the game for the past 2 weeks and really enjoyed. I paid one of their action packs and created an alliance. I was growing as well as the alliance. Then suddenly after a day or two, my account got closed. No explanations why form game developers. At the beginning I thought I got hacked, or that it was a mistake, so I went ahead and contacted their customer support. Did not get a response at all. They just randomly closed my account. I would give them 5 stars if it wasn't because they stole my money. So don't spend any money on this game, you never now when your account will get close or even why. You have been warned.
