Crap customer service

Their customer service is not just bad it’s nonexistent. Please don’t waste your time. It’s an old antiquated game that the developers clearly don’t care about anymore. Their idea of customer service is a robot. That real can’t help with anything just gives you a statement that either has nothing to do with your problem or is completely useless and unrelated.

In the latest update when your doing hero recruit if you receive hero medals you can not exit the screen you have to force close app to get out. It only happens when awarded medals for hero recruit. I’m using an iOS device.

This game should be fun but it has many problems that you can’t imagine. I lost my farm but I never could claim it from customer service They never answered I had paid a lot of money for them and I can say they do like robbers.
Game is so slow, nearly unplayable

I have a very recent iPhone, and the most recent update is still so slow/glitchy that it is nearly unplayable. Come on IM30.
Lag is making game impossible

The most recent update has caused the game to lag that I have had to stop playing entirely. I spend money on this game and am an active user. I would assume I’ll finally fall out of the addiction until it’s fixed!

Love the game. Addicted and all but this new update is trash. Game is laggy, freezes and hangs. Terrible terrible update! Devs you need to get in and patch this update
