Company losing track of what’s important while playing with technology – Sonarworks True-Fi Review

Update: Past issues not addressed. Now won’t even load library in a reasonable amount of time (30 minutes). Functionally useless. Will now reluctantly delete. Too bad. Basic profiles work well, but latest updates introduced additional personalization that is overly complicated and results in poorer sound profiles. Forced to use new personalization functions even though resulting in poorer profiles, and disabling extra “bad” personalization difficult to find. No wonder latest reviews say that profiles don’t work! Player still doesn’t display album art nor offer a search function, and there is no way to navigate back to album from what’s playing if you have navigated somewhere else while song is playing. Software must be usable and effective before users will accept additional functions, and additional functions must be easily disabled when they are being offered in a test mode.
