What is this for? – Ford App Catalog Review

I’m seriously trying to figure out what this apps purpose is. All it is is a very short list of apps that apparently work with the Ford system. I can’t get my iPad to work with the Ford system in any way so this is not helpful. There are also no steps helping you link it to the Sync system.
