Submitted 50+ trips, zero updates – Sensorly Review

I've run more than 50 mapping trips, as well as several hundred speed tests from inside and around my home since July 1. Not a single one has been loaded into the current map. I've tried every troubleshooting technique (reset device ID, removed and reinstalled the app, submitted support tickets that have gone unanswered). If they're not using current mapping data, how accurate is the signal map they're showing us? The whole point of this is to be able to contribute to the map and keep them up to date. If 2 months have gone by and all that data had been ignored, what's the point of using Sensorly at all? It can't be current data if they don't keep it up to date.
