My FAV app!! – Unplug: Meditation Review
Literally, this app took away my anxiety. I highly recommend this app if you are stressed, need to be more focused, or just need a better nights sleep. There’s so many amazing teachers that you can meditate with and you can choose how long you would like to meditate for. I’m the mornings I’ll do a longer 15 min meditation but sometimes if I’m short on time I’ll do a 3 minute meditation. I used to have 5 diff meditation apps but I deleted all the others bc this one is my fav. I’m obsessed! ❤️??
