I’ve never tried anything like this, but it’s helping me especially the triggers and I can go it at anytime! I know that it’s kind over matter but all the games and points I’m using has really helped me! Thanks For Quit start!! I know it’s one day at a time and that’s what I’m doing and it’s been awesome so far!!
