Switched back to skype and WhatsApp because don’t trust Rebtel anymore – Rebtel: International Calling Review

I was a customer for years and years and brought several others. I actually know a thing or two about this technology, but it turns out I was “confused” (according to customer “service”) for years thinking the prices on the website are what I actually pay Rebtel (I actually paid double the rate on their website), was “confused” to think there any way to get a proper response from customer “service” and was “confused” in many other ways. I now find them not transparent at best (although they couldn’t really explain why it wasn’t worse than not transparent). I’d rather go out of my way and not use this BS service. They also have a shady billing system where numbers don’t add up, but what can you expect from a company like this? I expect the usual “contact us” reply from customer “service” but there’s no point talking with them again just to be told again that I am “confused” if I think the information on their website means anything. Go ahead Rebtel, say you don’t know about “alternative” rates you charge. I’m staying away from this “confused” company.
