Thought it was good. Nope. – Rebtel: International Calling Review

The only call I made was the first five minutes. I've been trying the other calls and it doesn't work. This person has Wi-Fi on their phone and the call still doesn't work. This app said even without internet it is supposed to work. So why did only the first five minutes work and now the call doesn't go through and just rings endlessly. When they call on the app and I go to pickup the call, it makes me dial again from the app and just rings and rings and rings. Improve on this and we'll see...
