First workout... – 30 Day Fitness - Home Workout Review

I liked the breakdown of each workout. It reminds me of of when I was a member of a bootcamp. Changing it up keeps you from getting bored. You need to cut out the generic, old fashioned “sit-ups.” They are not effective and can be bad for your back. There are so many other effective ways to work your core. I’m using this app because I’m one of those people that need someone to tell me to workout. I’m a runner and that’s easy but I need to build muscle. I will continue using this app to see how it goes.
