Downloaded app, was told I could unsubscribe at any time via “Subscriptions” through App Store or apple ID settings and the subscription does not even appear so that you can cancel. There is also no where on website or in app that allows you to cancel. ? such a joke.

Cannot cancel subscription

I’ve emailed many times same response. Charging my account every week. Requested refund no response. There is no way to cancel this app. I requested to log in on their website says to add your email and magic link will be sent… I’ve done it 3 times and have not received an email to login with a password. Very very unhappy! No one helps.
Can’t unsubscribe

I have been trying to unsubscribe for 2 weeks now and it won’t let me. The Apple store I wasn’t charge but my bank statements say different. I had to completely turn off my card so it won’t charge me but it’s still trying. The app won’t let me cancel either. Might have to let the app charge me once so I can cancel it.

I had this app for a week after starting my free trial. After my free trial was up i canceled subscription so why when i buy an apple gift card and add it to my account are you thieves going to charge me 4.99 plus tax. I had to have a entire conversation with apple about why you guys did that. Now i have to wait 48 hours just to get a refund and out of all the apps that i have that you have to pay money for and out of all the apple card i’ve bought this has never happened to me. (there are a couple of complaints about this)
