Never use E*TRADE. I accidentally submitted a duplicate check to fund my account. They can see in their system that they cashed it twice but have not refunded the money to me. They are making me jump through hoops to get my $500 back telling me to get finical forms from my bank, that my bank has never even heard of. Thanks E*TRADE.
