The app downloads just fine – Priority Pass™ Review

And thats pretty much all the positive things I’ve experienced so far. After downloading the app, immediately was greeted by ‘unable to login/check your username and password’ error while the same credentials worked on the website. Wrote an email to support and in 2 days this was fixed. Now the ‘add to wallet’ function is not working, asking me to try again once I’m online. Well Im online it is your app that glitches. So, the main point of this app is to bring convenience into peoples life. As of right now it only brings frustration. I’m not even sure I can depend on it when Im at the airport.. will it work? Will I be able to login? As a developer, these are not the questions you want your users to have. The quality control is non-existent apparently.
