Oak has helped me actively engage with my meditation practice – Oak - Meditation & Breathing Review

Out of the many options out there for mindfulness aids, Oak by far has helped me singularly the most to sit, breath, and perform my daily meditation. The ease of its use and how quickly I can move from opening the app to actually starting meditating is by far the best of its class in all possible meditation apps. Oak is the only app I have stuck with and because of its efficiency, I have managed to mediate for 256 days. That for me is a record unparalleled. Secondly, I finished the mantra meditation course and learned from it very much. It was engaging and helped me focus even deeper into my practice, especially the voice of the person who instructed the course.
