Good, but one major flaw – Vonage Business Communications Review

When you’re trying to listen to voicemails, the play/pause button is located right where your ear would go. This is not an issue with Apple so maybe take a note from them and place more similarly to the iPhone. Every time I’m trying to listen to a message it keeps stopping it over and over until I give up and use ear buds.
