Cannot Login to App - Error message – Mailchimp Email Marketing Review

Sorry I wish I didn’t have to tap a star at all because it‘s not a review yet as I cannot even log into the app. I created an account yesterday and have downloaded the app - repeatably cannot log in as I get a pop-up message that says, “Finish signing up. You need to verify your account on Mailchimp.com”. My account has been verified. I’ve even been using the service today. Since I’m testing out this service with the Free version I cannot even get in touch with any form customer service (from what I can tell no information pertaining to troubleshooting this problem on the website). Any advice or resolution to this issue would be appreciated.
