Can't Sign Up – Achievement - Reward Health Review

Requirement says 18+ and I go to sign up and rotate the years to my year and hit Create Account and it says I don't meet the age requirement. And I should contact support. Well how can I contact support from the log in page? There is no contacting you except here. Your sign-up page is broken.
