I paid for the plus package and it doesn’t work – Dexter Price Alert for Amazon Review

I paid the extra for the plus package and they took my money but didn’t give me access to the plus package. Also, the alerts I set up didn’t work. I put a price alert on an item that is on deal today for less than the alert price. I haven’t received an alert about the price drop. Nice concept but it doesn’t work. I want my money back.
