Cannot load – Nursery Tools Peek-a-Boo! Review

I have a iPhone 3G and when I try to load the program it switches repeatedly between the loading screen and a website it tries to load. This occurs over and over. It dies it every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to program. I have reset my phone. Nothing solves this.
