Paid for subscription but wasn’t able to use it. – TubeBuddy Review

I paid for the subscription, but i wasn’t able to get the benefits. Any time I tried, it told me I had to pay to subscribe. I checked my iTunes account and it was verified that I did pay for it. I tried contacting them several times but had ZERO response. I even sent them a screenshot shot of the iTunes payment and still nothing. Problem was not fixed after awhile I just canceled the subscription.
