Annoying. – Hypnobirthing Hypnosis Review

I purchased all sessions 2 years ago when I was pregnant with my son. I went to use the app again for my second pregnancy. There’s no way to log in. And It just keeps saying error. And there’s no way to restore purchases It just times out. Update 7/30/19 I initially wrote my review above on 5/12/19. I also emailed the support address. I received a response 4 days later on 5/16/19 that they were working on the issue. 7/12/19 I was able to open the app, but I had purchased all of the in app purchases to have access to all Hypnobirthing items. It kept telling me no purchases could be verify. So I emailed again. 2 days later I received a response that this issue would be taken care of with the new update and I’d receive an email when the updates go live. It is now almost August. I am still unable to access my purchases. It has been 2.5 months since my initial contact to the support team. I’m due in 3 months. I really got use of the app while pregnant with my first and planned on using It again. But now I’m just annoyed. I can’t imagine It takes 2.5 months to fix errors like this. It’s inconvenient since people aren’t pregnant forever. 2.5 months in pregnancy is a long time.
