I can’t sign up and sign in even though I paid for all the in app purchases. Keeps saying error time out.

I purchased the $6.99 Hypnobirthing package but I have not been able to access the recordings.When I try to create a login, it gives me an error “the request timed out”. If I click “skip” it tries to have me purchase again. I wrote an email to the company a month ago and never heard back. I tried to get a refund though iTunes but they said my reason was not valid.

I am currently pregnant and was looking forward to getting techniques and tips in order to have a smooth and peaceful labor... however, after purchasing all of the sessions as a bundle I am still unable to listen to them and cannot access the session! Basically, the app stole my money without providing what I paid for. Waste of money and very unpleasant experience!

This app doesn’t work. It sounds great in the description and looks user friendly but once you get in you have to pay for the meditations to get anywhere and even once you pay for them they stay locked and you cannot listen to anything. Basically it takes your money and gives you nothing.

I hope you read this first as I did not and now I’m out of $6.99. I made the purchase, to aide me in my Hypnobirthing journey. I can’t tell you if it’s good because it took my money and no credited sessions as promised. If you attempt to sign in, it times out. If you attempt to restore the purchase, you cant unless you sign in. Loop back to the original issue. Save your time!!!!!! The company has YET to respond! Looking at other reviews, I’m sure they won’t. They are taking our money without penalty.

Before I purchased anything, I got multiple errors that the app kept “timing out”. I was able to log in but I had so many error messages I couldn’t sample any of the tracks.

I purchased all sessions 2 years ago when I was pregnant with my son. I went to use the app again for my second pregnancy. There’s no way to log in. And It just keeps saying error. And there’s no way to restore purchases It just times out. Update 7/30/19 I initially wrote my review above on 5/12/19. I also emailed the support address. I received a response 4 days later on 5/16/19 that they were working on the issue. 7/12/19 I was able to open the app, but I had purchased all of the in app purchases to have access to all Hypnobirthing items. It kept telling me no purchases could be verify. So I emailed again. 2 days later I received a response that this issue would be taken care of with the new update and I’d receive an email when the updates go live. It is now almost August. I am still unable to access my purchases. It has been 2.5 months since my initial contact to the support team. I’m due in 3 months. I really got use of the app while pregnant with my first and planned on using It again. But now I’m just annoyed. I can’t imagine It takes 2.5 months to fix errors like this. It’s inconvenient since people aren’t pregnant forever. 2.5 months in pregnancy is a long time.

***changed my review bc they fixed their glitches, and I’m really enjoying this app! I paid the 6.99 and the app keeps saying can’t verify purchase, or tells me that I have already purchased the package and won’t restore the mediations!! Please fix app!
