Extremely Rude customer support. – Simple Control Home Remote Review

App has been modified constantly over the years. Here is my final email to the company To whom it may concern: I have been trying to use your app for a number of years with only limited success. I have purchased faithfully various accessories in order to have the best possible outcome. I have all of them as a matter of fact. The fact that you have had revision after revision of your software is not my problem or my fault. And you are fully aware of the constant changes to your app, therefore requiring the endlessly long explanations in your faq’s. One example: First you have a hub, then there’s no longer a hub. Use the Apple 4k…use the iPad... Then there’s a dedicated device necessary. Through all these changes I have continued to pay for for a product that I’m simple unable to use. And I’m sure your email records will substantiate my history with your company. Having said that, It seems that your company would prefer not having me as a customer. Your last email made that perfectly clear. I will tell you that I have your emails and will post them to all my social media accounts of which I have considerable presence. I will not hesitate to express my extreme disappointment and discontent with not only the application but more importantly, the rude nature in which my concerns have been addressed by Simple Control customer service. In all honestly I can’t remember the last time I was treated with such disregard by any company that is supposed to be providing a service I am paying for. I will be happy to promptly cancel my subscription. I will never attempt to use this app again...
