Frustrated beyond belief!! – Hollywood Bowl App Review

Created a Hollywood Bowl account easily enough and the ticket portion of the app worked fine. The food and wine portion...different story!! First, I don’t know why it makes you create a separate account. It wouldn’t let me sign in with my Bowl account. Kept saying no account existed even though I’d just bought tickets through it. Creating a new separate account, it kept telling me the new passwords weren’t matching when it asked me to confirm them....THEY WERE MATCHING!! I typed them EIGHT times! I then had to create a different one. It finally took them. Then I placed the order, filled out all the account details, added my credit card...the one in my regular Bowl account. Everything looked good so I submitted the order! “The credit card failed to process!” WHAT!!?? I tried to go back and see if anything had been incorrect but it threw me out and I had to start ALL OVER AGAIN!! Tried again with a different card and got the same issue!! Gave up, got home and went to the site on my laptop! Finally all worked, cards accepted but order was “unapproved!” Now I’m getting close to the deadline and we’re going to a show for my daughter’s birthday and want the food to be delivered to the box for her!! Eventually, and after endless unanswered messages and calls, I connected with them. But seriously this app and its shenanigans cost me an hour and fifteen minutes of stressful time! Unready apps like this should not be released until they’re 100% working and tested each month!
