Does this app work? – Photo & Video Vault - Noseeyou Review

I have uploaded images to the app. How can I download those back to my mobile album? I have been charged 4.99$ monthly stating a premium account but still couldn’t download them. Couldn’t find customer support. I need my pictures back to camera album so that I can unsubscribe.
