No point A to point B options .. loosing customers :( – RŌV Motion Review

I dropped a email to rhino support specifically “Melanie Kile 9” month back asking to add option called point a to point b in the app so that i can use the slider efficiently to the portion i want .. i bought rov pro traveller version which is longer in size .. if i want to shoot a video i need to use the entire slider from home point to end point which is not productive.. i got response from support saying my ask was forwarded to development team.. i am happy for a litte while after 6 months on april 15 i did a follow up with “ Brittany Pasca“ And i got reply saying- Thanks for getting back to us. I can confirm your suggestion has been passed onto our team. It's more than just a simple edit to get this function, so it does take some time. Our timeline is a little full right now with deadlines for other apps, but this has been passed on and might be something we address in the future. Thank you and have a great day! After 9 months of my whole wait .. checking my phone every week for rov app update.. i saw it yesterday.. and i was soooo disappointed not to see a Any of the changes to my ask .. i really love the slider But there are other smaller and companies which will treat their customers really good .. i am glad to say you are loosing one good customer... after seeing the video of ceo who literally did a battle to make rov come back to life i decided to give a chance to buy your product . which will also help both of us to grow.. i literally cancelled my edelkrone slider pro and order your product .. and today after 9 month i am giving up ... iam very sorry to say this ...I was deeply disappointed and lost my faith on rhino .. products... But the slider and the options you guys provide in app are flawless..
