Love This App – Video Poker + Perfect Play Trainer : Las Vegas ... Review

I have played video poker at an expert level for many years, spending about $75 for practice software for my laptop. When I switched to MAC, I had to buy new software, which I never used because it never ran properly. For a fraction of that price, this app allows me to keep up my skills on my phone. My past experience is that bargain video poker software does not teach sound strategy. That is not true of this app. You can take the strategy corrections to the bank - literally. My biggest regret is that the game selection is rather small. There is no Deuces Wild, a game is a mainstay for serious players. Also, don't expect instruction regarding things such as how to analyze pay tables. You'll have to buy a good book to obtain that sort of information. But, this is a great practice tool. When I am visiting a casino that features a game that I have not played in a while, I can practice on the plane. And, it's just a fun way to pass time. The app looks good, and is easy to use. If you learn just a couple of things from this app, it will pay for itself many times over on your next visit to the casino.
