Can’t report delivery problems – Miami Herald News Review

This app used to have an area where you could easily report delivery problems. Now it doesn’t. I reported that to app feedback in May 2019, but no change. My carrier delivers whenever it is convenient to him, which means that on the weekends he is late or doesn’t deliver at all. It’s very annoying that you can’t report that in the subscription or delivery areas.
