No response from support regarding cancellation – Breeze - Meditation & Sleep Review

Downloaded the free trial and wanted to then cancel. In app there’s no explanation or link on how to cancel. Emailed the contact us address twice and no response after a week. If you’re not familiar with Apple device you don’t know how to cancel. You have to go to your subscriptions in iTunes to cancel. The app should provide this information during free trail. Sure, it’s a standard Apple setting but for people that don’t do subscriptions in Apple it’s not obvious. After the trial the app then had a foot note about how to manage subscriptions for another purchase. I didn’t want this app and now I’ve paid a year’s subscription. This should be included in the free trial, and as this is a paid product, support needs to respond to customer emails. As to the app, the main reason I downloaded was for white noise options and there isn’t one. The other sleep sounds are ok.
