Does not appear to work with corporate SSO logins – Jira Cloud by Atlassian Review

It says hidden at the very end of the description that this only works on the "cloud" version of the product, meaning it won't work with anyone using a SSO login. You guys could have put that early enough in the description so that people could tell without having to click the expanded text and read to the end.
