7 months and still has not fixed medal count problem. – Star Wars™: Commander Review

Update: it’s been 7 months and support still has not fixed my problem. Yes 7 months! They just updated the game! Any they didn’t fix the problem. Beware if you start playing this game, support does not currently fix problems. Starting in January 2019, every time I win a battle the game subtracts medals. Yes for winning battles I get medals subtracted. I have used the help section in the game numerous times to report the issue and for four months nothing has been done. Got an email from support in February confirming the problem and that help is on the way. It’s April and still no help. If you go on-line and search medal count problems you can see others are having the same issue. Star Wars Commander was a great game, now it looks like support doesn’t care.
