Coin exchange – CFE Mobile Banking Review

I went to the bank today to exchange some coins I rolled myself. First they would not take my rolled coin, next their machine wasn’t working to count which would cost me 2% of the money. Finally ghe tellers were rude and mocked us as we left. To be a bank and refuse us currency to a customer of 20 plus years is unacceptable. Even worse I went to chase and no questions asked exchanged the money. I use to recommend this bank but my first bad experience was when my credit went down bc of financial hardship and what happened my credit card went from approximately 9% to 17%. Now this? I’m going to look for a new financial institution. Thanks for supporting the teacher!
