Three years working on ONE feature, still waiting. – Petnet Mobile Review

Bought my first feeder in Oct2015. Liked it so much that I bought a second one for our other pet on Jan2016. I immediately noticed I had to have two separate accounts and have to log out and log in to the other account each and EVERY time. They told me back in 2016 they were working on the app having more than one pet and they have been giving me the SAME answer every time I call for THREE YEARS now. So for that reason, they get one star.
