It’s ok – Thumbnail Maker for YT Videos Review

So, I tried to use the, ‘Change Thumbnail’ for my video, and it didn’t work! I did what it said to do on my computer, and it still didn’t work! Although, the picture did look good, so I’ll give it that. But over all, it wasn’t very good.
