Used to work, crashes upon opening for months – Dorschel Toyota Review

Worked ok when new, but has simply crashed upon opening for months. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. What makes it worse is I entered a lot of data under the belief the app would help store service records - now inaccessible. Should have either been fixed or removed from App Store by now.
