Is there any possible way you could help me – 2FA Authenticator (2FAS) Review

I have discord and I put on 2fa and when I was deleting apps I didn’t use I accidentally deleted 2fa,I don’t have anything now that I redownloaded it,I still have access to the discord account,but if I were to log out I couldn’t get back in
