Beware! Fun at first, then money trap – Era of Celestials Review

The first few months are fun, the game helps you grow but also get addicted. The bugs in this are outrageous. The customer support is an absolute joke. You will get responses from bots. They tell you that they are working on the problem for weeks. Then close your ticket without any response or compensation. Then they tell you to start a new ticket. What is the point of restating what I already said and showed them. I have had equipment just vanish from my inventory, when I showed support screenshots they answered with the same reply. Working on it. I tested it, all the answers are the same there is no support. That is not the only issue. This game requires you to top up or spend money daily just to get daily rewards that you already accomplish. They will have events that if u don’t spend, its impossible to keep up with everyone else. The events can range from $100-$300 per a single item. These events run every 4 days so think about that before playing. I am the top player in my server and this is how I’m treated. Good luck. Don’t you think it’s odd that developers haven’t answered a single bad review.
