Hi, I’ve enjoyed this game for quite some time now, but a few minutes ago when I entered the app, I could not log in to my account it gave me the option to restart either with the archer, the mage, or the warrior and I was deeply disappointed as I was on cloud level 24 at the time...please see to it if you could kindly recover my account...thank you :) My player name was Drusilla with the United States flag

I want to preface by saying this game is one of the MMORPGs I’ve not quit after a month or two. The gameplay is enjoyable and offers many events that makes it possible to grow your character without being forced to spend money on IAP. Certainly, a non-spending player will not achieve any top-tier rank, but growth is possible and the RNG for drops is fairly decent with the exception of feathers for upgrading wings. They do continually add to maps as servers grow in age. Now the problems. The GUI is EXTREMELY. buggy. I’ve sent bug report after bug report about this to no avail. I’ve frequently experienced the inability to send mail to other players, effectively destroying my capabilities of recruiting for my guild. Speaking of guilds, the rank system has been broken for 3 weeks and again, I’ve sent tickets about this without any resolve (my guild CityMorgue has the highest BR by leaps and bounds and is still number 2 to a guild I started and is effectively dead and with a small amount of BR). Now the arena rankings are broken and I am ranked 3 which is inaccurate as I’ve been ranked 2 for 2 consistent weeks. Using the interface to go to various bosses, often the character is in auto-attack and will stop at the first set of mobs. If a player is trying to get to any boss as soon as possible, this impedes time greatly. As for cross server events with duels and overall PVP (with exception to Sacred Ruins), it’s nearly pointless for a new server such as mine to attempt to place in any decent ranking. As for cross server showdown, 15 attempts are wiped so quick for servers newer than my own and mine as well. I can one shot these newer server players, servers with a similar BR merit a decent PVP match, and the older servers destroy everything else. This should’ve remained as an event per server or evenly distributed by tiers of BR. I personally know many players that have quit for this reason. On that, my server is essentially dead, around 10-15 active users. Users banned remain on the ranking boards, characters NOT deleted which should absolutely be the case. We desperately need a server merge and speaking with players from other servers similar in age as my own, this is the case there as well. Again, I’ve sent ticket after ticket about this to no avail. I would easily rate this 4-5 stars if there was any communication from developers, but the lack of response is frustrating to say the least. Considering the amount of money I’ve put into this game and others I know that have done the same, this seems like it should be a non-issue. And if these problems still fail to be rectified, I’ve enough of a relationship with those left on the server to ultimately stop using IAP until these are resolved. Once more, this game has potential to be a nearly flawless game. But these issues that are realistically very fixable and the seemingly complete lack of concern on the developer level make this a game that I can see will inevitably be shut down from lack of player interaction. I’ve played many MMOs and all of the ones that neglected user response no longer exist. I continue to play this game in the hopes it becomes the game that I know it can be, but that can vastly change if we continue to have no response. I am rating this extremely low in the hopes that this is seen as tickets have done nothing so far.

So u have been this game for about 2 months now and it’s just keeps sending request to these tournaments and I couldn’t find them do you guys think rly hat you make this game easier to find tournaments and worlds
