Time to say goodbye I guess – Tropicats: Match 3 Puzzle Game Review

I’ve been a faithful player for over a year, spent good money. This was the best, most enjoyable match 3game out there and fair about the amount of coins and needed items given without totally breaking the bank even much further into the game. I respect that since a person has probably spent well over $50 to reach levels in the 1200 range. The level were almost alway beatable, some took many tries but eventually they’d give you the right board with exception of needing help on some hard levels. My point being they developed it in a way that remained enjoyable, doable without breaking the bank completely and or frustrating the piss out of you so you don’t mind spending some here and there. Was my favorite all time game until today. I reached levels in the 1200 range that suddenly became frustrating and unbeatable even on the easy level! I can’t imagine the cost to continue playing as you must play the medium then hard levels to advance. If the easy levels aren’t passable without using boosters then I’m guessing you’ll need to spend a lot to advance thru the chapter!? Ugh! Why’d you get so selfish? Specifically the bamboo that grows back rapidly! You were one of the rare developers that didn’t do that but was still able to create enough challenging boards you still made profit. Time for me to find a new match3 I guess. Just my opinion for what it’s worth. This game rocks up to the 1200 range so please still play if you’re looking for a fantastic match3 since it takes some time to reach these levels.
