New character design is missing something

I like the new character design. However, shouldn’t the little chibis you see walking around in the game get an update to match? It just looks weird going from 3D animated to the mini characters that are flat. Other than that, the only other thing I wish was added was a way to visit friend’s islands without Facebook and to be able to save data without Facebook. And someone else mentioned being able to make your own cat character which would be cool! Thanks

Tropicats video problem

It has been about 1 month since I have been able to view videos to spin the wheel of furtune or get the bonus in the daily gift. I was told that there are no videos in my area. This problem started with the update last month. Please look into this!!! I love this game but it is not as much fun without the bonuses from the wheel of furtune and daily gifts. Thanks.

I have been playing this game to have fun, but with the game lately closing off and having to relaunch again and again and having to watch mr Reynolds I’ve and over and over to get the Bonus and just when you think ok this time it will stick, it closes and you have to do it all over. Not fun.

Crashes Cost me money and progress

I’m on level 1391 and have loved it until the last couple updates. When I purchase coins during a challenge the game accepts my money and then half way loading the coins the challenge crashes and I loose my progress, the coins never load and I’m still charged for them. Worse of all I have no one but here to vent.

The “3-D” update....

This used to be a great game, but after the new update it really went downhill. The home screen/ load screen has been redone, as well as Elsie, the cat who sits at the top of the level screen and “cheers you on”. I understand that the “3-D” update was supposed to be a step forward, but in my opinion, it is a big step backward. One reason I downloaded the game to begin with was because the cute (but realistic) style which was absolutely amazing and really caught my attention. Now that’s gone, and the new update has made Tropicats look like a game for five year-olds. I would really like to give this app the stars it deserves (the story is really well done, the graphics and art style used to be amazing, and the levels have been challenging but fun so far), but that’s hard to do when you cannot even look up to see the number of moves you have left without cringing.
