No response to pleading for help. – Pen Pals - Meet New People Review

I accidentally sent something personal as a letter. I can’t fix this because I can’t see nor delete my letters. I have contacted them several times and received no response. I am very frustrated with the fact I can’t look at my letters. Until this is fixed, 1 star.
