I enjoyed this app once I met a few people and began chatting back and forth. But the app freezes on you and it gets very frustrating when you are trying to send a letter back.

The developers who made this app, some of them have a very bad attitude with the users and I reported them, also it’s unuseful app at all.

I gave this app a try. I wanted a pen pal from Germany. However, its not what i expected. You get random people from random countries with random letters. Theres no connection between the person who messaged u and you. Its simply by chance u get a letter. However, after awhile, you get a ton of people messaging u and it becomes excessive. I had 19+ notifications after the second day. There were people from Saudi Arabia, Canada, Greece, Isreal and everywhere messaging me things like “Hi im new to this app talk to me.” Just very boring. I wanted one pen pal from Germany, not 25 random people

Wonderful app to make a best friend!

I love this app! I have met a wonderful friend on it and highly recommend if you love to write letters and engage with other countries and cultures. It does at times though, I have to reinstall it because it makes my phone get too hot while writing a long letter! It will then “freeze up”. That is my only complaint. Other than that, I am planning to be on with app for a long time! ?

Please include a way to set a age limit. I hate having kids contact me! I’m not interested in having any pen pal under 21 years of age inboxing me. Other then that I do enjoy the app.

I'm confused..

It says 12+ but you must be 16 and up to join. I don't like that I have to lie about my age on this app. I am currently 13 and I've been looking for a pen pal for so long. It's just very strange to me. I think this should be changed so other ages can join too.

Violent youth

I’m getting the same “token” issue as mentioned before. I can log in rendering the app useless unless reinstalled. This is the first time I’ve had issues with the app since I’ve got it a few months ago. I hope it isn’t a reoccurring issue.
