No gems - rip off – Blossom Flower - The Free Garden Blast Match 3 Review

Twice it said purchase complete but received no gems. Lost $ twice!! Feeling ripped off. Game update and phone updates are complete. Other games with purchases work fine. Originally made it to level 90 but screen went white. Deleted and restarted the game but lost my other gems when I had to reinstall the game. After reinstalling, my purchases said “all set, purchase complete” but gems still =0. Apple was no help, wanted to sell me another app instead of a refund. Not happy!! Will dispute with credit card. Finally got my money back from Apple but purchases do not work for this game. Do not buy gems. Tried multiple times but no gems and lost $. No contact from the company to make things right. ?
