Doesn't work – Bill Manager HD Lite Review

There isn't anything to say, this just doesnt work. You can add a bill but nothing else does anything. No reminder, no way to mark bill paid, no way to track anything about the bill. Only two options show up on screen, add bill and add category. Nothing else! I don't get it.
