Great selection for programs but not for beginners – Running Trainer 5K Running App Review
Love the different programs you can choose from with this app but I wouldn’t recommend it for people that are just getting into running. The only program for beginners is the 4 weeks to a mile option and even that one progressed pretty fast. The 8 weeks to 5k program is good the first week but then expects you to run for 4 minutes 6x with only one minute walking breaks by the end of the second week.
