Promising, but defective devices = battery won’t charge reliably – SleepOn Review

I purchased this device in February and used it successfully with it Version 1 software. By April the battery in the first ring device failed. It took 6 emails and multiple uploads of videos of the device NOT CHARGING to get a replacement sent with 10 day shipping from Singapore. The replacement took 2 full days to charge to green light. And the battery died after 2 nights. It shows that it is alive but will not take a full charge. It appears SleepOn has some issues with batteries. And their customer service is not nearly up to Apple quality. I hope they fix these issues as the device and software / information is very useful.
