App issues – HomeHalo Review

I love what HomeHalo does right and have been very satisfied with customer service response. I’m docking one star because several years in I continue to have issues with the app. It regularly says there is an error with my access code, which has not been changed since the last time I checked in. I have had to either go online at my desk top or delete the app and reinstall multiple times which gets the job done but this feature was important to me and I’m getting increasingly frustrated.
