Not getting gems – Tropicats: Match 3 Puzzle Game Review

I am really upset! I pay for gems and as soon as the purchase is approved and my account charged, the program crashes!! When I go back in, I have not received the gems. It took awhile to realize this was happening, so I’ve wasted quite a bit of money.
